When we opened the first Maui Chicken in Gardena in 1995, we had one vision: to spread Aloha lovin’ to the South Bay. By sharing Island favorite like Tuna Poke, Garlic Shrimp, Bacon Fried Rice, Spam Musubi, Chinese Chicken Salad, and Teriyaki Chicken at affordable prices for hearty portions.
